What we did…
An Electronic Point of Sales (EPOS) system is crucial to businesses like M&S in gathering sales data, stock management info and in collating information about its customers.
The project was to analyse M&S’s EPOS system in 2004 for which we won an M&S sponsored Business Award. Lee Greenhill, imp-ressions’ founder, was the Team Leader on this project.
The results from the conclusion of the project can be seen in stores today, and the introduction of the M&S loyalty scheme was an original recommendation.
