We have recently integrated Paymentsense with a Prestashop online e-commerce solution for one of our clients.
This service is now available for any others who wish to integrate Paymentsense into their online shop to accept credit and debit card payments.
Does imp-ressions recommend Paymentsense?
Hmmm, it depends how you look at it.
They have cheaper rates for transactions than most providers like Sagepay and Paypal who are both, arguably, easier to integrate into most web-shops; so in this instance if costs are your main driver, yes.
Paymentsense Support
The support and integration help from Paymentsense is poor. The code they provide is, well putting it mildly, poorly written.
Looking at their website and experiencing it first hand, Paymentsense concentrate their efforts on getting new customers at the expense of the integration support that most customers need – which is why our clients came to us to sort it out!
Our solution by rewriting Paymentsense’s code and customising it to our client’s website, now means that they are capable of taking advantage of Paymentsense’s cheap rates over the other major online credit and debit card providers.
